Guarantee

All Mystique jewelry undergoes quality control and is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of receipt. The warranty covers soldering, setting, and structural issues not caused by improper use.

What is not covered
Natural wear and tear due to use, scratches, dents, stones falling out due to impact, oxidation/darkening of silver, loss of plating due to friction, damage caused by chemical products (perfume, chlorine, cosmetics, cleaning), deformation due to stress, misuse or repairs made by unauthorized third parties.

Custom parts
Custom-made/customized items (engraving, special measurements, gemstone selection) have the same manufacturing warranty. Subsequent aesthetic adjustments and design changes are not included.

How to activate
Please write to info@themystique.com with your order number, name, photos/video, and description of the issue. The item will undergo technical analysis (within 10 business days of receipt). If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a free repair, replacement, or refund/credit, as applicable. If the defect is not covered, we will provide a quote before any service is provided.
