Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Our pieces are made to order, one by one, using premium materials and artisanal processes. Therefore, we ask that you pay close attention to measurements and specifications before finalizing your order. After payment confirmation, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours by email (info@themystique1998.com) or WhatsApp. After this period, the order enters production, and we may retain non-recoverable costs (raw materials, labor costs) as disclosed during customer service.

For online purchases, we respect the right to cancel within 7 calendar days from receipt (CDC, art. 49). If you wish to exercise this right, please write to (info@themystique1998.com) or WhatsApp, with the order number. The piece must be returned unused, with seals/labels intact, invoice, certificate, and original packaging (case/bag/box). After inspection, we will issue a full refund of the product value and standard shipping. Personalized pieces (e.g., engravings, non-standard measurements, specific gemstone choices) may be refunded at recoverable costs if the personalization prevents reuse; in these cases, we will inform you of the amount before completing the process. If you have any legal questions, we can review them individually.

Size exchanges are handled primarily via rim adjustment when technically possible. The first adjustment may be subsidized or free, depending on the model; if this isn't technically feasible, we'll produce a new piece, subject to manufacturing time and possible price difference. Shipping costs for adjustments/exchanges based on preference may be the customer's responsibility—we confirm everything via email before shipping.

All pieces undergo quality control. If there is a manufacturing defect, please report it within 90 days of receipt, along with photos and a description. We will conduct a technical analysis and, if the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, credit, or refund. Please note: signs of wear, scratches, dents, natural oxidation/darkening of silver, plating wear due to friction, and natural variations in gemstones (hue, inclusions) do not constitute defects.
