Custom production
Our jewelry is made one by one. Production time is [1 to 15 business days] after payment confirmation. As soon as the piece is ready, we ship it.

Shipping methods
We ship via Brazilian Postal Service. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your zip code, weight, and chosen method.

Delivery time
Total time = production + transportation. Transportation time varies depending on your location and the selected method. The stated delivery times are the carrier's estimates.

Address and attempts
Please double-check your details before finalizing your order. Deliveries that are not completed due to an incorrect address or absence may require additional shipping.

Delays and unforeseen events
Delays may occur due to external factors (weather, strikes, inspections). In these cases, we work with the carrier to expedite delivery.
